Ravidas temple protests turn violent in Delhi

Chinmay Biswal, the police chief of Delhi's south-west district, told 'Asiaville Hindi' that Azad, along with his accomplices, had been arrested. The police have slapped charges of disturbing the peace on them.
The police officer said that the Govindpuri police will present him in court today.
He said that after the violence on Wednesday night, the situation there is now normal. But police are still stationed around the demolished temple as a precautionary measure.

The court said that the temple was built on the green belt.
