The picture of two priests sitting inside huge water-filled vessels with phones in their hands has left Twitter in splits.
The heat affects us all, and to be honest, it is getting unbearably hot these days. Even priests are unable to bear the scorching mercury levels, even as they prayer for better monsoons.
On June 7, priests at the Someshwara Temple in Bengaluru sat down to perform a yagna for early rains. What's made this otherwise "regular" pre-monsoon event acquire national fame is a tweet with pictures of two priests ensconced in huge water-filled cauldrons, with smartphones for company, has left Twitter in splits.
The images were tweeted by the news agency ANI and have taken Twitter by storm.
