According to a report on Variety, the movie is on the life of Carlos Marighella, a Brazillian politician and writer. It was made on a budget of $4 million.
He will talk at a session called "The Magnificent Artist" on his journey as an actor and a filmmaker and interact with budding filmmakers.
Moura became popular for playing notorious South American cartel leader Pablo Escobar in the series, which has won several BAFTA and Golden Globes. He has also starred in "Elite Squad" films and "Elysium".
IFFI, which is celebrating its golden jubilee this year, has renowned international filmmakers such as French filmmaker Robin Campillo, Chinese filmmaker Zhang Yang and British filmmaker Lynne Ramsa competing in the international category.
