Health services in the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi and various other parts of the country will remain affected on Friday as resident doctors' associations continue their strike after the passage of the National Medical Commission (NMC) Bill in Parliament. The medical fraternity is opposing the bill saying it is "anti-poor, anti-student and undemocratic". We talked to Dr. Amrinder Singh, President of the Resident Doctors Association (RDA), AIIMS to know more about their opposition to the new law which apparently seeks to regulate medical education in the country.
