See every bold outfit Kangana Ranaut wore to promote her new film Judgementall Hai Kya. The upcoming movie also stars Rajkummar Rao and releases on July 26.
Yes, Kangana Ranaut is an actress and a director; but she's also a budding fashion icon. Whether she’s on a red carpet or doing a day of media interviews, Kangana, along with some help from her stylist Ami Patel, never ceases to make a statement with her style. Kangana’s promotional events for her new movie have become somewhat of a mini fashion show – from monochrome outfits to printed iterations, Kangana’s latest wardrobe has no dearth of variety.
Kangana Ranaut, who was last seen in the period drama, Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi, is on a whirlwind tour for Judgementall Hai Kya, which also stars Rajkummar Rao. Rocking a total of nine different looks in a span of three weeks for the film’s promotion, Kangana just keeps on proving that she’s a style chameleon. Of course, as any proud stylist would do, Ami, along with Kangana’s team are taking to social media to document the actor’s winning style moments.
Here, feast your eyes on all of Kangana Ranaut’s stunning looks from her Judgementall Hai Kya press events, so far:

For the Judgementall Hai Kya trailer launch in Mumbai on July 2, Kangana Ranaut was spotted in an edgy head-to-toe gold and black look, wearing a form-fitting Marina Hoermanseder ensemble with a pair of black boots. The best part? Her theatrical look was quite a fitting choice to kick off her bold, uniquely-styled press tour. A gold high-waist mini skirt paired with a statement-making black corset, both elevated with multiple straps, might seem like a pretty extreme look to pull off; but Kangana made it look so easy. She paired the ensemble with pointy black boots, no jewellery, and had her hair in a swept-back half-up-half-down style (which definitely went with the over-all fierce vibe of her look). If you’ve always thought leather was a bit too much (we certainly have), now’s the time to take style tips from Kangana and give it a go. Just layer your leather skirt and corset combo with a jacket to ensure you feel comfortable too.

Yes, lingerie can be worn during the day and outside the bedroom or the comfort of your own home. Take heed of Kangana Ranaut here, as seen at the launch for Judgementall Hai Kya’s the Wakhra Swag song, on July 7. For an unexpected look, she teamed a green see-through Ermanno Scervino dress with an eye-catching black garter belt underneath. To take sartorial inspiration from this sultry Kangana Ranaut look, wear your favourite lace bralette under a sheer blouse for a stylish, unexpected day-to-night ensemble. If you don't want to show your lingerie completely, sport a camisole with lace trim under a top or jacket and pair with light-wash jeans for an easy-but-elevated, everyday look.

The classic pantsuit is a two-piece wardrobe wonder that never fails to make a statement, and no one understands this better than Kangana Ranaut. On July 12, the actor picked a beige pantsuit from designer label Leo & Lin’s 2020 Resort Cruise collection. Kangana’s look showcased the versatility of an outfit that was once restricted to red carpets and business-related occasions. If you’re looking to make a statement, like Kangana, don’t be shy to experiment. Kangana’s pantsuit that came dotted with minimal floral motifs and boasted statement sleeves, perfectly merged power dressing with current trends. Letting the busy florals take centre stage, the actor chose minimal accessories to complement her outfit. Kangana wore a pair of statement beige heels that enhanced the suit rather than overpower it, and rounded off her look with dewy makeup, a matte pink lip and a low ponytail. For your next evening out, do like Kangana and opt for a pantsuit that’s fitted at the waistline to add structure to your ensemble.

Fringes appeared in fresh abundance on Kangana Ranaut’s Herve Leger dress on July 12. This Kangana look is especially "extra" and proof that fringe looks even cooler with more fringe. She wore a skin-coloured fringe dress with a fitted bodice, and it's the kind of outfit that makes you feel good just looking at it. Kangana’s dress, which featured a one-shoulder neckline and oozed glamour, was clearly made for twirling. And she showed just how much movement the whimsical dress has by sharing a series of fun snaps on Instagram. Kangana really leaned into the silver screen siren look by wearing her hair in a towering top knot. The overall look was seriously chic and perfect for the evening. Her gorgeous hoop earrings by jewellery label Studio Metallurgy had the same impact too.

On July 14, Kangana Ranaut made a strong case for metallic pants, proving that the most obvious way to stand out is with show-stopping metallics. For a maximalist look, Kangana tucked a pink shirt into a pair of flared trousers, paired casually with a wine-hued leather jacket, all three by US designer label, Tommy Hilfiger. Whether it’s the subtle sheen of her shirt that catches your eye or those full-on reflective pants, this Kangana look is one that makes a statement in all the right ways. On your next night out, channel your inner Kangana Ranaut and sport a head-to-toe metallic look to stand out. Or you could dress down your metallic pants with a white T-shirt underneath. You can also wear a metallic top with a pair of distressed jeans to get that cool-girl vibe for a dressy day-time look.

On July 16, Kangana Ranaut stepped out for interviews in classic silhouettes fit for a princess. She chose a tasteful Burberry dress, priced at approximately Rs 90,200. The short-sleeved jersey dress is accented with a gathered yoke and drawcord hem. Cliché as it sounds, the colour red is known for being the most attention-grabbing. And with her festive look, Kangana proved a red dress will forever remain something of a staple. Whether it's scarlet or strawberry, ruby or tomato, who doesn't feel a million dollars in a red dress? If your failsafe going-out formula leans towards prints and neutrals, it's time to switch it up: embrace a versatile red dress. Then pair with flats. Nothing else will signal haute-casual ease quite as instantly.
