Cricketers, and a wrestler, hail Kashmir move

The government's move to end special status for Kashmir under Article 370 has had a positive reaction from the sports world. Players have responded to it in their own style.
Former cricketer and BJP MP Gautam Gambhir tweeted expressively, "Whatever we could do, we have shown it."
Cricketer Suresh Raina also tweeted welcoming the verdict, "Historical move - to remove 370. I hope for smoother and inclusive times."
In Uttar Pradesh, Cabinet Minister and former cricketer Chetan Chauhan is also happy with the move. He tweeted his thanks to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah.
Babita Phogat, the woman wrestler, who won two golds and a silver in the Commonwealth Games, tweeted her praise in Haryanvi.
Olympic Medalist and former Union Sports Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore also hailed the decision. He described it as a great tribute to the soldiers martyred in Kashmir.
