Ananya Pandey joins Vijay Deverakonda's Dharma feature
Ananya Pandey bagged another Dharma film and that too with the certified hottie Vijay Deverakonda. Can't breathe.
"Struggler" Ananya Pandey has been confirmed as the female lead in Vijay Deverakonda's debut Hindi feature film. Karan Johar's Dharma Productions is backing the film, and it is going to be directed by Puri Jagannadh.
Dharma Productions announced the news on their Instagram handle with a picture of Vijay and Ananya reading a script by a picturesque window.
While a little rumour-birdie says that the film is going to be called Fighter, there has been no confirmation so far. According to Dharma, the film will be a pan-India project and will be released in Hindi, as well as Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam languages. The cast also comprises Ramya Krishnan, Ronit Roy, Vishu Redddy, and Aali.

According to film analyst Taran Adarsh, Puri Jagan of "Pokiri" fame will also be co-producing the film, along with Charmme Kaur, Karan Johar, and Apoorva Mehta. This movie marks Vijay’s first collaboration with Puri Jagannadh, who is known for his mass entertainers like Temper and iSmart Shankar.

The Student of The Year 2 actress is currently shooting for Khaali Peeli, which also stars Ishaan Khatter, and the film is a remake of Telugu film Taxiwaala. Meanwhile, the Arjun Reddy superstar was last seen in Dear Comrade, and is currently awaiting the release of World Famous Lover.
